By Adding this service to your cart you are purchasing our service to store pick up, store, and deliver your dorm room for this summer break. Moved In Moving provides two different services.

“You Pack “

You pack service is when (MIM) will send you 7 extra large boxes for you to pack your belongings in yourself. You will also be able to store one other item, like a fridge, 3 drawer storage, plastic bin, bathroom cart, rolling chair, etc. The box and item limit is strict and anything extra outside of the 7 box and 1 item allowance will be covered by our extra storage add on during check out. “WE Pack”

Full Service- If you would like to purchase our full service option, where MIM will pack your belongings for you, store your belongings, and deliver your packed belongings (we will not unpack) to your new dorm room. If you have an extra large item in your room you will have to select that from the drop down. Also if you have a TV it MUST be stored in a box. If you would like MIM to provide the box you can select that from the drop down. If you have a box for us to pack your tv in then you will not need to select that option. The extra storage option does not pertain to the We Pack option as with the We pack option we will be handling the packing and use the amount of materials necessary

IF IT WILL NOT FIT IN THE 7 BOXES - If you will require to store extra items then you must purchase extra storage space add on from the drop down menu for $150. If we arrive and you have more than your 7 boxes and 1 extra item then you will be charged $200 if not purchased before we arrive. If you are packing your belongings before you depart from school and realize you did not purchase the extra storage you can always contact us and will will only assess you the $150 fee.

TV Box

If you have a TV it MUST be stored in a box. If you would like to purchase a box through MIM then select that add on from the drop down. Even if you select the “We pack option and you DO NOT have a TV box then you must either provide one or purchase one for $25. If we arrive and you did not purchase a TV box or provide one to us there will be a $75 fee.

EXTRA LARGE ITEMS

Some students have extra large items in their room like futons, recliners, mattresses, etc. If you have an extra large item you must select that from the drop down box to accept the $50 fee to pick up and store your extra large item. If we arrive and you have an extra large item in your room and you did not purchase the extra large item fee then you will be assessed a $100 charge.

INSURANCE - Our insurance add on gives our customers insurance on their belongings. If you would like peace of mind while we move and store your belongings you can purchase our insurance for $40. Our insurance will cover up to $100 per item or up to $300 maximum refund value. All claims must be notified to MIM 7 days after your 1st day of classes at your respective campus.

FOR all our options this is for a SINGLE STUDENT. If you and your roommate want to store both of your belongings please contact MIM via email (movedinmoving@gmail.com) to request a roommate discount code that will take $50 off your total. If you purchase the “we pack” with your roommate each of your belongings must be noticeably split on each side of the room so we can label your belongings appropriately. For We Pack customers we will not be your trash removers as well. Please make sure you rooms is in reasonable order before we arrive to pack your belongings.
